Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Which titanium grades do you offer?

We work with a wide range of standard titanium grades, including:

  • Commercially pure titanium: Grades 1, 2, 3, and 4

  • Titanium alloys: Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Grade 7, Grade 9, and Grade 23 (medical grade)

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on product type and processing. Stock materials: small orders accepted. Custom parts: MOQ based on design and machining complexity. We support prototypes, small batches, and mass production.

Which standards and certifications do your products meet?

We supply products to ASTM, AMS, ISO, and GB standards. Material Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) and third‑party inspections (SGS, BV, TUV, etc.) are available upon request.

Can you manufacture custom titanium parts from my drawings?

Yes. We offer fully customized titanium production based on your drawings or sample parts. We accept file formats such as STEP, IGES, STL, PDF, and CAD. Our capabilities include tight tolerance control, complex geometries, and a variety of surface finishes.

What is the typical lead time?

Stock items: 7–10 days. Custom parts: 15–30 days, depending on quantity and complexity. Expedited delivery available upon request.

How do you control and guarantee product quality?

Our quality process covers every stage: incoming raw material checks, in-process dimensional measurements, surface finish evaluation, and final inspection before packing. Inspection reports and test data are available on request.

Can we get samples or prototypes before placing a large order?

Yes. We produce prototypes and samples for custom titanium parts, allowing you to test and verify the design before moving to full-scale production.

Do you offer any warranty or post-sale support?

Yes. If a quality issue is confirmed to result from our manufacturing, we will provide replacement, rework, or a refund as agreed in our terms.

What happens if we receive defective products? How are claims handled?

We take every quality claim seriously. Please send us photos, inspection records, and relevant details. Our technical team will respond promptly and propose a reasonable solution.

Do you handle international shipping and the required export documents?

Yes. We provide full export support, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, material certificates, and freight coordination by sea or air.
